Margery uses a variety of techniques to facilitate relaxation and engage the parasympathetic nervous system. Allowing people to relax and reconnect with themselves. 

She uses massage to work with those living with mental health issues, stress, trauma survivors, concussions and post-concussion syndrome, TMJ dysfunction, and anyone looking to relax.

Summary

Margery is an empathetic practitioner who works with a multitude of clients on their health and well-being journey. She strives to create a safe space that is, body positive, inclusive, and trauma-informed in her home in Blackburn Hamlet.  Where anyone can come and take a moment to relax, and reconnect with their body.
