A graduate of Niagara College with dual distinctions from the Massage Therapy and Physiotherapy Assistant programs, his journey in the realm of wellness began early, fueled by a love for movement and the human body. Simon's commitment to holistic health led him to pursue additional certifications as a Personal trainer through the ISSA. Simon's love for sports runs deep, as he is a soccer player himself, earning a trial with Portugal's second-division team. His dedication and talent earned him a Rookie of the Year distinction as a member of Niagara College Men's Soccer Team.
