Sascha has been in practice since 2022. Hailing from Foremost Alberta, her heart is in Southern Alberta. She has a passion for helping her clients to reach their wellness and fitness goals. In addition to Therapeutic Massage she is trained in Myofacial therapy, Pre and post Natal Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. Sascha has an extensive background in sports and promoted fitness and education as a lifeguard for many years.
