Lena has been an RMT since 2019. She utilizes adhesive friction, cupping and other modalities based on client need to enhance the delivery of massage and get muscles moving with peak performance. She has worked with amateur and professional athletes and brings that wealth of knowledge for intensive, result producing treatments. She has worked extensively with Emergency Responders, Candian Forces personel and is known for her exceptional strength & pressure.
