A Registered Massage Therapist since 2005, Janna helps manage muscular, joint and neurological ailments such as headaches (migraine or tension), myofascial pain due to poor posture, sport related injuries, overuse injuries, stress and PTSD. She uses a wide range of technique such as deep tissue massage, isolytic release, facilitated stretching, myofascial release and general swedish techniques for relaxation. As a spouse of a retired military member, she is proud to continue to serve the Canadian Armed Forces and First Responders, both serving and retired. Direct bill for VAC and RCMP members.
