Description

Inspired by the osteopathic approach and using movement as therapy. She blends myo-fascial massage with crania-sacral therapy and facilitated stretching to help you find ease and freedom in your body. She has I completed her Cranio-Sacral Therapy training with the Upledger Institute (CST 1, 2 and Somato-emotional release 1).

Summary

At Golden Collective we offer Massage Therapy, Osteopathy and Therapeutic based movement classes. In the studio there are two treatment rooms and a studio space where we host various classes.

Massage Therapy helps to calm the nervous system, stimulate the circulatory system and release the myo-fascial system. Our RMT’s have continued education, training and experience in myo-fascial release, craniosacral therapy and ELDOA.
