Selena is a graduate of WCCMT's Registered Massage Therapy program and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. She has a passion for promoting whole body wellness and aiding in the healing process. Her treatment sessions are characterized by kindness, care, and a genuine desire to help others feel at their best. Selena uses a variety of passive and active modalities throughout the treatment session including general swedish massage, isolytic stretching, joint mobilizations, trigger point release therapy, and others.
