Description
Elise graduated from Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in 2018 and has been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2019. Elise also graduated from York University in Kinesiology in 2013 and is a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. Elise has experience doing assessments, Swedish massage, trigger-point therapy, fascial release techniques, soft tissue release techniques and exercise prescription. With her dual registration, she believes in both passive and active therapy to help her patients recover and get stronger quicker.
