Description

Krista's journey started at St. Lawrence College in the Fitness & Health Promotion program. She proceeded to teach a variety of fitness and group training classes including Pilates and Strength and Conditioning, and gained further experience with personal training in various clinical settings. Over the years she continued to pursue interests in a variety of movement disciplines. 

Her passion in that field ultimately led her  to pursue a massage therapy diploma at Trillium College, graduating in 2017. Since graduation, she has been fortunate to work in a variety of clinical settings.
