Krista's journey started at St. Lawrence College in the Fitness & Health Promotion program. She proceeded to teach a variety of fitness and group training classes including Pilates and Strength and Conditioning, and gained further experience with personal training in various clinical settings. Over the years she continued to pursue interests in a variety of movement disciplines. Her passion in that field ultimately led her to pursue a massage therapy diploma at Trillium College, graduating in 2017. Since graduation, she has been fortunate to work in a variety of clinical settings.

In-person visit
My daughter was experiencing some pain through her neck and shoulders, stemming primarily from lots of handstands and tumbling. Knowing Krista personally, I had confidence in her treating my daughter (11 years old) with a 45 minute massage focussed on this area. She is highly knowledgeable and made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the appointment. She felt a lot better walking out of there and would like to continue to receive massage therapy care from Krista as needed.
