Description
I've been a massage therapist for over 2 decades. I practice 8 styles of massage including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Thai, Hot Stone, Sports, Bamboo, Lymphatic Drainage. Depending on client's needs, I incorporate one or more of the aforementioned techniques in treatments. I also utilize myofascial release techniques and trigger point therapy. Over the years it's been my pleasure to treat athletes (recreational and professional), dancers, office workers, TTC employees (train, bus, cleaning staff), Canada Post workers, MVA injuries, babies and young adults. It's given me great joy to help.
