Maria Bowden is an active advocate for self-care. She holds a diploma in massage therapy from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and a BA in Psychology from Trinity Western University. Over the course of her education, she has come to understand the connection between the mind and the body and the importance of balance and self-care. Maria loves to work alongside her clients as they discover that balance for themselves.
