Description
Fern graduated from the massage therapy program at Humber College, where she gained valuable experience from her on-and-off campus internships. She has treated different patient populations such as infants, pregnancy/postpartum, palliative patients and patients with diabetes, chronic illness/mental health issues, and neurological conditions. Her skills include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage and joint mobilizations. She believes that massage therapy is effective in rehabilitating patient injuries and promoting body wellness.
