Ana is MexiCAN-Italian caring and kind Registered Massage Therapist and Fitness Coach. Her calling is all about bringing back the holistic into healthcare through my Massage Therapy Practice. Her motivation is to be able to guide others in their journey towards embracing their health and wellness. For the last 3 years, she has dedicated most of her time to studying, teaching, traveling and engaging in different holistic and therapeutic practices and working as Massage Therapist in Toronto, Mexico and Halifax, Nova Scotia, helping others to move and feel better.
