Alex has worked in various environments, including gyms, spas, and multidisciplinary clinics. He is skilled at developing treatment plans tailored to your body’s specific needs, performing relaxation massages, and adjusting his pressure to match the client's comfort level.

Alex's treatment style includes general Swedish massage techniques, ranging from sports massage, relaxation, and deep tissue to trigger-point release. Towards the end of each session, he often demonstrates exercises and/or stretches to further alleviate pain or discomfort.
