Shay is able to assess and treat many conditions including postural overuse or imbalances, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, tension headaches, migraines, strains, sprains and much more. She enjoys developing patient-specific treatment plans that are tailored based on symptoms and objective findings. She incorporates diverse techniques such as myofascial release, joint mobilizations, neuromuscular technique, trigger point therapy, as well as Swedish massage to weave it all together in a flowing and relaxing manner.
