After graduating from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and becoming a RMT, Tommy pursued his certification in Fascial Stretch Therapy. Tommy believes the nervous system plays an integral role in how we perceive musculoskeletal pain and tightness. Using slow, rhythmic, and firm stretches, he aims to gradually relax the nervous system to release tight fascia, muscles, and joints.

Tommy believes that lasting changes come from a combination of passive and active remedies, so he will provide self-care exercises suited for your condition.

Osteopaths focus on the joints, muscles, and spine. Treatment aims to positively affect the body's nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic systems.
