Menashe has a Bachelor of Science degree with specialized honours in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University, and a diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (D.O.M.P). 

For many years and throughout University, Menashe was a competitive swimmer. He personally knows the demands that training and competition put on your body.

Menashe's objective is to help his clients to get moving with ease and comfort and to help manage and relieve their pain.

Osteopathy is a gentle and holistic form of stretching and manual hands-on therapy, that targets chronic pain and discomfort through restoring balance among different systems of the body by manipulating and strengthening the musculoskeletal framework. Osteopaths focus on the joints, muscles, and spine. Treatment aims to positively affect the body's nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic systems.
