Gaylen employs a range of techniques including myofascial release, deep tissue, joint mobilizations, and general Swedish massage in order to meet her clients’ treatment goals. 

Working collaboratively with her clients, she strives to create a treatment environment that feels welcoming and non-judgemental. Gaylen enjoys working with clients across a wide range of life stages and conditions, and finds particular fulfillment supporting clients who are dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health conditions.
