Elspeth sees manual therapy and movement as amazing tools to transform how we feel in our bodies. Her practice is based on respect for each person’s unique background, goals, and concerns. She aims to create an environment where people feel at ease and really listened to. Her treatment style is interactive, focused, and intuitive. She uses joint mobilizations, active and passive movement, and soft tissue work that often involves slow, sustained holds on targeted areas. Special interests include whiplash, concussions, post surgical recovery, head/face, pelvic and foot pain.
