Arwen has an evidence-based approach that blends well with her natural intuition and commitment to patient-centered care.  She utilizes a combination of techniques including Swedish massage, trigger point release, myofascial work, and passive and active stretching to provide tailored care for her patients and address their individual needs.  With experience working both as a Health Care Aide and a Birth Doula, Arwen enjoys working with patients across a wide range of life stages and conditions.
