Elizabeth specializes in blending therapeutic techniques with a compassionate touch to enhance her clients’ overall health and vitality. She graduated from the massage therapy program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. She has a strong background in swimming at a competitive level and enjoys practicing other sports such as CrossFit and weight lifting in her spare time. Inspired by her passion for physical activity, and her desire to understand how the body moves and works, she has decided to study massage therapy and use her knowledge to help others improve body movements.
