Through valuable clinical experiences & years of working in the fitness industry, Verlyne has worked with a wide range of clients from athletes, pre & post-natal women, palliative care, to seniors. Whether it’s a stress related issue, postural imbalances, injuries or chronic conditions, she caters a treatment for every individual using many techniques such as trigger point release, neuromuscular techniques, myo-fascial release, deep tissue & traditional Swedish massage. Verlyne is committed to delivering an expert level of care to patients & teaching them to follow self care as natural habit.
