With a 3000-hour Advanced Massage Therapy Diploma and yoga teacher certification, I take a holistic approach to healing. My sessions combine massage and guided stretching to enhance mobility and support the body’s natural healing. With experience in various environments, I understand the toll daily activities can take on the body. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Pre/Postnatal, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, and more. Outside of work, I love dancing salsa, practicing yoga in nature, and creating costumes for Día de los Muertos.
