Mary is a 2200-hour graduate from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy and is in good standing with the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA). Specializes in deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, therapeutic, trigger point release, cupping and myofascial release treatments.

She believes relaxation and therapeutic massage are beneficial with alleviating pain, reducing stress and aiding with maintenance of overall health. By listening to her client’s needs, Mary tailors her treatments accordingly to combine deep tissue with therapeutic and relaxation techniques to calm and relax the body.
