Hello, my name is Elfrida. I am a highly qualified healthcare professional with a diverse background in medicine and holistic health practices. My journey in healthcare began as a General Physician and Family Physician in Europe. I studied at CDI College, becoming a RMT in 2006. My passion for integrative health led me to pursue certification in acupuncture from McMaster University. I completed the Advanced TCM program at the TSTCM College, further enriching my skills as a R.TCMP and R.Ac.
