Elfrida is a highly qualified healthcare professional with a background as a General Physician and Family Physician. After moving to Toronto in 2002, she pursued studies in CDI College, becoming a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in 2006. She later earned certification in acupuncture from McMaster University and Diploma from College of Osteopathy of Ontario. Combining her experiences as a General Physician and Extended Health Provider, Elfrida developed a holistic perspective on healthcare. She embraces Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to treat individuals comprehensively.
