Exhale Massage Therapy is owned and operated by Carissa Leifson, Registered Massage Therapist. She has been in practice since 2019, when she graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies. She believes in a multidisciplinary approach to treating clients & individualizes each treatment to the client's needs and how they respond. She works on a referral basis with local chiros & physios to ensure that clients receive the treatments they need. Carissa believes that each treatment should be both relaxing & therapeutic, not just addressing one or the other.
