Ken is a Registered Massage Therapist and a Certified Personal Trainer. He graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and obtained his Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology/Fitness and Health from the University of Guelph-Humber. Ken specializes in deep-tissue massage, myo-fascial release, cupping, general Swedish, sports massage and trigger-point release therapy. Ken is keen on finding the root cause of your symptoms. After treatment, he demonstrates and educates clients on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle changes to help with their long-term pain relief.

Ken knows how to target where my pains and discomforts are like knots and pressure points to help my body heal. He is very knowledgeable in breaking down the tissues to encourage circulation. Would highly recommend him!
