Sadie is an honours graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Mohawk College, and
earned both her advanced diploma and CMTO registration in 2024. She is passionate about
providing a welcoming and judgement-free environment to patients seeking effective treatment
of both acute and chronic conditions. Sadie frequently uses techniques such as trigger point
therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue techniques, joint mobilization, and PNF stretching. No
matter the reason for pursuing massage therapy, Sadie is happy to work hard with you to find
relief and reach your goals.
