Description
Melissa completed an advanced massage therapy diploma at Mohawk College with honours and is a Hamilton grown RMT. Her time in school gave her extensive knowledge in Swedish Massage, trigger point therapy, and remedial exercise. Playing recreational sports, she always had a fascination with anatomy. After realizing the benefits of using hydrotherapy and massage, Melissa used her time working as a lifeguard to become a CALA certified Waterfit Instructor to help combine her love of fitness and science.
