Description
Chetna has always had a passion for health and wellness that sparked the path of becoming a massage therapist. She obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Health Studies at McMaster University and completed an Advanced Massage Therapy Diploma at Mohawk College with Honours. Chetna had worked and volunteered in a variety of clinics that helped expand her knowledge and passion for rehabilitation and holistic care. In her time in school, she gained extensive training in Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release Techniques, Joint Mobilization, and Remedial Exercises.
