As a former Canadian national judo athlete, my journey took an unexpected turn due to a back injury, which led me to undergo multiple treatments over an extended period without significant improvement. This experience made me realize the importance of well-being and ignited my passion for helping others. In 2017, I began my education in Massage Therapy, and by 2020, I established my own practice.
