In-person visit
It was a 90-min massage and I told the therapist that my whole back and elbows (tendonitis) are the concerns. 90% of the time she used her elbows which is fine but she just did an up and down stroke the whole time. It did not feel relaxing at all and there were times where she was pressing or leaning on one spot longer than it should be, so I would move or wiggle my toes then she would suddenly make quick movements. Not sure if she was falling asleep or what. I have been going to this place for massages and they’re great. This is the only therapist I did not have a good experience with.
