Tiffany is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, Victoria Campus. Having benefited from massage therapy for over 10 years, she is excited to support her clients in seeking balance and wellness in their lives. She uses a variety of techniques and an evidence-informed framework, all in the context of helping patients achieve their health goals. She has treated a wide variety of conditions, and has a particular interest in headaches, stress management, and sleep difficulties. Her main goal is to leave you feeling relaxed and renewed.
