Nicolle has been practicing since 2016. Nicolle tends to favor moderate to deeper pressure with active techniques while always working within the client’s pain tolerance but due to her spa background, she is also able to accommodate the lightest of touch for a more relaxing or gentle type of treatment if the client prefers. She often uses techniques such as general swedish, myofascial release, muscle energy, contract relax type stretching, tapotement, along with occasional deep tissue to areas in need of this type of pressure.
