Kate was born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. In 2006 she moved to Calgary, and it wasn’t until 2010 that she decided to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. After graduation, she spent the majority of her early career in a clinical setting. Kate has always had an interest in helping people and uses her training to treat a variety of concerns such as: stress related muscle tension, injuries, acute and chronic pain, and postural issues. Her treatment can include specific work on chronic pain areas, trigger point therapy, attachment release, and deep tissue techniques.
