Description
Megan started her journey into the health and wellness field in 2007 when she graduated from a massage practitioner program in Vancouver. After working in the field for 7 years she returned to Ontario to continue her education and became and RMT in 2016. Megan is also a trained 500 hour Yoga Teacher which helps combine her love of anatomy, movement and self care for clients. Megan is passionate about mental and physical health with her practice which focuses on postural pain, deep tissue and stress management.
