Laura graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2009 and is an active member of the CMTO. Laura enjoys being a part of the natural health and wellness industry and being a positive part of her client's self-care. She is passionate about helping people lower stress, manage pain, boost mental health and improve physical well-being. Laura uses various techniques while focusing on the client's goals for treatment. She uses light to moderate pressure and finds a thorough approach can achieve most client's needs.
