Description
Erica combines techniques of therapeutic and sports massage including: trigger point therapy, myofascial release, facilitated stretching and passive movements among others into her treatment. Erica’s focus is on helping clients in the maintenance and improvement of chronic conditions, as well as encouraging relaxation and escape from life’s daily stressors. She continues to expand her knowledge base with techniques such as cupping and taping to allow for further relaxation during her treatments. She understands that each client is unique and loves working with client’s goals.
