Emily specializes in musculoskeletal injuries, meaning injuries or pains to the muscles, tendons, bones and nerves. Treatments needs can range from pre and post operative care, injury prevention, rehabilitation or performance enhancement. A typical session with Emily includes an evaluation, treatment and a tailored exercise program to ensure a safe and efficient recovery. As a Registered Massage Therapist, Emily also provides deep tissue/ sports massage for relief of pain or for tune up purposes.
