After graduating from the University of Waterloo with a BSc in Kinesiology and a Psychology Minor, I continued my education in massage, graduating from OCHT. I have also completed courses in pre and post natal massage, which included a placement at Sunnybrook Hospital.

Treatment is specific to the individual, whether for injury rehabilitation, deep tissue massage, general tension, relaxation, pre and post natal massage or remedial exercise.
