Description

Mikaela’s goal with each client is to provide evidence-based care using various techniques. Her studies in Anatomy Trains fascial release techniques lead her towards a more active treatment style that requires client participation. She also utilizes more typical Swedish massage, trigger point release, joint manipulation, and IASTM techniques when indicated. She also tries to inform and educate clients about their condition and its causes, what she hopes to achieve through her techniques and a few simple things they can do to help speed their recovery
