Shelby has had a lifelong fascination with biology and health science. A graduate from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) with an academic distinction on the Dean’s List. Prior to massage therapy, Shelby graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Food Nutrition and Health from UBC and has had a fulfilling career in the fitness industry.
