Description

Stephanie graduated from Humber College in 2018 with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy.

She employs specialized deep tissue, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations in addition to the usual Swedish massage techniques used for common musculoskeletal issues. She has experience with many chronic and acute ailments needing specific tailored treatment planning. 

Additionally, Stephanie is available to provide care with any pregnancy/prenatal and perinatal issues our clients face.
