Description
Poonam completed her competency-based registered massage therapy program from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. During her academic tenure, she got an opportunity to enhance her skills and knowledge through participation in many clinical outreaches – such as working with athletes, the elderly, pre/postnatal and individuals with systemic and central nervous system pathologies. She is certified in Hot/Cold Stone Therapeutic Massage and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). Her massage techniques include different kinds of active and passive modalities such as Swedish massage
