Massage therapy is an essential tool to self-healing. Cole’s objective is to help people to understand their pains and injuries in order to facilitate better healing. Clients that have a specific issue they want to resolve and believe in self-care have good results with Cole. His treatments focus on making the patient an active participant in their journey. He uses deep breathing, muscle activation and guided visualization to release muscle tension, trigger points and myofascial adhesions.
