Description
While studying psychology at the University of Guelph, Brad became interested in the mind’s ability to influence the body’s many complex processes related to the immune system, especially in the presence of stress. Knowing that stress is a natural part of life and living, it’s apparent to Brad that people need better ways to manage stress and its impact on the body — both functionally and structurally.
