Sudesh Phagoo is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. He has experience working with all types of clients including athletes, office workers, blue collar workers and weekend warriors in all age groups. Sudesh is passionate about the importance of maintaining a healthy active lifestyle through mobility and stability. He takes great pride in making a positive change in people’s lives by equipping his clients with self-help knowledge and exercises to help break the cycle of chronic pain and decreasing injuries through retraining posture and movement patterns.

Summary

Our health care team offers a wide variety of therapeutic services including Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Bioflex Laser, Custom Orthotics, ultrasound/IFC, and Vestibular therapy. Our goal is to relieve pain, ensure efficient recovery from injuries, educate and to improve function as well as overall quality of life. A Physician's referral is NOT necessary and treatments are provided by registered practitioners and are partially or fully covered by extended health care insurance.
