Kevin grew up playing a variety of sports, but mainly focused on playing football. Playing sports inspired him to obtain a kinesiology degree at Simon Fraser University. While doing his undergraduate studies, he spent time as an apprentice strength and conditioning coach, where he worked with NCAA level athletes across various sports. Having this experience working with dedicated student-athletes fostered his love for educating and rehabilitation across all walks of life.
